The initial and intermediate private vocational training institutions shall have a capital of no less than 500000 yuan, of which the fixed assets shall be more than 300000 yuan and the registered capital shall be more than 200000 yuan; The starting capital of senior private vocational training institutions shall not be less than 1million yuan, including fixed assets of more than 600000 yuan and registered capital of more than 400000 yuan.
2. The annual number of trainees in the basic school scale shall not be less than 300, and the number of training programs shall not be less than 2.

There should be training places (including office space, theoretical classroom, practical training and other places) and practice training facilities and equipment suitable for the scale of the school. The school site should be relatively independent and concentrated. The area of primary and intermediate private vocational training institutions should be more than 500 square meters (including the building area of teaching buildings of not less than 300 square meters), and the area of senior private vocational training institutions should be more than 1000 square meters, including the building area of teaching buildings of not less than 600 square meters), which should comply with the relevant safety regulations.
