Appendix: to apply for a vocational training school, the following conditions must be met (stipulated by the human resources and social security department):

5. A corresponding number of full-time teaching management personnel shall be allocated according to the scale of the school. Full time teaching management personnel shall have college education or above, professional and technical titles above intermediate level or national vocational qualifications above level 3, and have more than 2 years of vocational education and training experience.
6. A full-time and part-time teacher team with a reasonable structure should be equipped to adapt to the scale of the school.
